Key Holding 
This service is important in case of any emergency.  If guests lock themselves out or lose their keys, we will be able to get into the property and arrange for new keys to be cut.  All keys will be kept safe and only used by us unless otherwise instructed by the property owner.
Post Collection
In your absence we can empty your post box and forward to you any mail that is important.
        
Property Maintenance
 We can provide you with pool cleaning and gardening maintenance, general caretaking services of your property and regular plumbing, electrical and gas checks in your absence.  We can liaise with tradesmen, obtain quotes and oversee any works to be done.  If any problems should arise we are on hand to bring them to your attention and help solve them, giving you peace of mind that your property is safe and secure.
